What changes for you
Fewer missed calls, fewer phone headaches
In our experience, these are the problems owners and office managers bring up most about their business phone system, and here is what Teams Phone looks like for each one.
Calls going to voicemail when people are out
Calls that find people
Ring groups and call queues reach the desk phone, the laptop and the mobile app, so callers get a person whether your team is in the office or in the field.
A phone system and Microsoft billed separately
Fewer vendors to manage
Calling runs on the Microsoft 365 you already pay for, so in most cases there's no separate phone system to maintain.
Waiting on someone to add a new hire's line
New hires ready day one

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Still have a question? Call us on (804) 373-4914.
What is VoIP, and how does Teams Phone use it?
VoIP (voice over internet protocol) carries phone calls over your internet connection instead of traditional phone lines. Microsoft Teams Phone is VoIP calling built into Microsoft 365, so calls ring in the Teams app on computers and cell phones, and on desk phones if you want them.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We handle the number porting, so your business lines stay exactly as they are. Microsoft schedules the cutover in advance, so there is no interruption for your staff, clients, or vendors.
Do we need new phones or hardware?
Not always. Most users call from their computer or the Teams mobile app, and some existing SIP handsets are supported. If you prefer a physical phone on the desk, we recommend a Teams-certified model.
What if the internet goes down?
Calls keep flowing. Most users switch to the Teams app on their mobile and continue working. For offices that need more coverage, we can configure WAN failover routing or on-site telephony so you stay reachable.
How long does setup take?
Most small businesses are fully operational within a few days of licensing and number transfers completing. We handle configuration, testing and user training so no one is learning it on the fly.
Can my remote employees use Teams phones?
Yes. Teams Phone only requires an internet connection, so it works anywhere. Staff make and receive calls from the Teams app on a laptop or mobile device, with no VPN and no special equipment.
Is Teams Phone secure?
Yes. It is covered by the same Microsoft 365 security, encryption and compliance controls you already have. Calls, voicemails and call records never leave your tenant.
Does Teams Phone support faxing?
No. Teams Phone has no built-in fax over PSTN. If faxing is still required, you will need a third-party fax service or gateway, which we can configure alongside it.
Do you set up Teams Phone for defense contractors in GCC High?
Yes. We set up Teams Phone in Microsoft 365 GCC High tenants for defense contractors in Virginia. Calling options and number porting work differently in GCC High than in commercial Microsoft 365, so we confirm what your tenant supports before we plan the move. CMMC readiness work is quoted separately.
Where in Virginia do you set up business phone systems?
Our office is on Hull Street Road in Richmond, and we set up and support phones for businesses across Virginia, including Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Mechanicsville and Lynchburg. When a desk phone or the office network needs hands on site, a technician from our own team comes to you.
