Our History
Growing up as the youngest of his siblings, Jeff was no stranger to fistfights with his older brothers. Whenever the inevitable 2-on-1 brawls didn't go his way, he'd run inside to immerse himself in the captivating world of computers.
Tinkering with the family’s first computer, an old IBM PS1 running MS-DOS and Windows 3.1, he honed his skills by dismantling and reconstructing it, and generally rendering it unusable for anyone else.
He quickly became the go-to computer guy for family and friends, resolving their tech issues effortlessly. As he journeyed through middle and high school, Jeff's passion for technology grew, venturing into graphic design, web design, and digital photography.
At 16 he started his first business, crafting business cards, brochures, and even a billboard for a local landscaping business.
In college he envisioned a path towards his own web design company after graduation. Yet, his rebellious spirit and unique blend of creativity and business acumen led him down a very different road.
Academic suspension
But, as they say about doors and closing, every cloud has a silver lining. Jeff kept doing what he did best and took a leap of faith with Hermetic Networks. Since then, he has rapidly become a go-to technology solution provider across Richmond and Virginia.
With the invaluable support of his exceptional team, his partner, Morgan, and their corgi, Roger, Jeff has transformed Hermetic Networks into an entity that delivers approachable and affordable technology solutions through Managed Services.
